Dennis Maloney is a San Antonio medical malpractice and catastrophic injury lawyer who represents individuals and families whose lives have been changed by negligence.

A third-generation San Antonio lawyer, Dennis continues the Maloney family legacy of aggressive, ethical advocacy pioneered by his grandfather, renowned trial lawyer Pat Maloney Sr., and carried forward by his parents, attorneys Marynell Maloney and Michael Maloney. From them, Dennis learned not only how to fight for his clients, but how to serve them with loyalty, honesty, and genuine personal commitment.

Dennis studied philosophy at Bowdoin College and earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served on the Journal of Law and Policy and interned with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office. After law school, he practiced medical malpractice law at The Cochran Firm in Washington, D.C., before returning home to join Maloney Law Group, PLLC. He is licensed in Texas and Maryland and has been recognized by Texas Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and by San Antonio Scene as a Best Lawyer.

Outside his practice, Dennis is a devoted husband, father of three, and the proud owner of two pugs. He is a longtime Spurs fan who trains hard in the gym and reads constantly, staying current on developments in science, medicine, technology, and the law so he can give his clients every possible edge.
