Lengthy, but necessary review. I'm writing this review in detail as I know in our own search for finding the right law office, reading reviews was our first inclination in guiding us on which office would best meet our commitment in unveiling what we felt was not being fully disclosed to us. Finding ourselves in an improbable situation, we knew that while we had some facts and ideas on what occurred, it would take a professional with experience and, honestly, compassion to piece together what we felt were inconsistencies. I want to sincerely thank Mr. Dennis Maloney and his team for all their efforts in solidifying the outcome of our case. Other law firms were reluctant to accept our case and would not even hear the details in its entirety. This did initially leave us discouraged and, quite honestly, we felt alone in our efforts to fully understand the confusing events that led up to what quickly became a life-changing circumstance for us all. With prayers and determination, we continued to seek counsel, and immediately after speaking with the Maloney office we knew they were different. They genuinely took the time to hear all the details we had compiled on what we felt had occurred. Immediately they asked to meet with us and from that moment on they provided exceptional service on our behalf. Communication remained consistent and all processes and intentions were explained in full to us. The Maloney staff was beyond understanding and patient.
